I am in the process of creating new printables but had to stop to try out some new textures I got this morning from a new bundle kit from Pixelo! I’m already in love with every single texture offered in this kit.

I used the texture Artistic #11 from the Artistic Photography Set included in the bundle set I purchased today. Tiger Cat With Photoshop Overlay

I used the overlay Density from the Subtle Collection when creating the altered photo above in Photoshop. Please click the image below to view all of the overlays that are included in the Artistic Photography Set. When adding the texture I selected “soft light” from the blending options.

I used the overlay texture Sand from the Vibrant Collection Folder of the Artistic Photography Set. I love how this overlay brightens the photo without losing the darker hues of the cats natural coloring. The mask that I applied is included in the bundle. Mask #10. I chose soft light for the blending mode for the texture overlay.

When applying the texture Mud from the Artistic Photography Set I chose the hard light blend mode then created a mask to remove the texture from the cat only. The effect creates a vintage inspired background which makes the cat the focal point in the image.
