Fully editable where you can type your name above “to do list”. Type your list in all 8 spots or just leave them blank before printing. You can open this pdf right in your browser or use Adobe Acrobat Reader.
This to do list was designed to be printed out on to blank 4×6 index cards. No cutting required, they fit the paper perfect. I use the generic index cards which are slightly thicker than paper. Print off about 50 and make your own notepad by clipping binding clips to hold the stack together and applying binding compound or cement glue at the top. You can place rulers on the top and bottom and secure with binder clips at the top while the glue dries.

If you aren’t familiar with editable pdf files, you just highlight over areas where there is already text, hit your backspace bar and then type in your own text. You can print as many as you like but when you save the pdf it will default back to the download version. It will not save your text. Have fun and enjoy!
